Get locale used by the formatter.
参数
formatter-
The formatter resource
type-
You can choose between valid and actual locale (
Locale::VALID_LOCALE,Locale::ACTUAL_LOCALE, respectively). The default is the actual locale.
返回值
The locale of this formatter, 或者在失败时返回 false.
