cubrid_lob2_tell — Tell the cursor position of the LOB object
说明
The cubrid_lob2_tell() function is used to tell the cursor position of the LOB object.
返回值
It will return the cursor position on the LOB object when it processes successfully, 或者在失败时返回 false.
