bcfloor — Round down arbitrary precision number
说明
Returns the next lowest integer value by rounding down
num if necessary.
参数
num- The value to round.
返回值
Returns a numeric string representing num rounded down to the nearest integer.
错误／异常
This function throws a ValueError if
num is not a well-formed BCMath numeric string.
